My car broke down on the road outside this place a few months ago. As I was stood at the entrance to the job centre car park, on the phone to breakdown recovery in tears, one of the job centre staff leaving work drove out the car park, stopped his car next me, rolled the window down, called me a massive c*nt, and drove away. Months on, I still have absolutely no idea what Id done to upset him, but if thats how the staff treat the general public I dread to imagine how they treat vulnerable people using this service.

God awful place with God awful people. Treating people unfairly showing a lack of empathy in these horrible times.... I don't know how they sleep at night with what they do to people.
