I was at work when you called came to my address without any previous communication, no letters or phone calls, So rather than call me you gave my mother a letter and told her I should ring you ASAP, which I did. Upon opening the letter there were fees totalling over 1000 for non compliance because I had refused to come to an arrangement during your visit. I WAS AT WORK YOU BUNCH OF ABSOLUTE BULLIES SO THE LETTER YOU HAD PRE PRINTED AND GIVEN TO MY MOTHER was blatant lies and bullying putting me further into debt. If I EVER see one of your Bailifs again I will end up going to prison and that is a PROMISE

*******AVOID AT ALL COSTS****** I made a formal complaint(see below) from which I had a representative call me up to have an argument SHOCKING EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTE WASTE of money "I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the services and communication provided by DCBL Collections. I have had a poor experience with your company, and I feel that I have been missold the services that were promised to me. Additionally, when the representative was initially sent out to do the site visits, they were not aware of the entrance to the property. Instead of calling me to check the location, they wasted a day speaking with the neighbors. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for my time. I was also under the impression that the entire claim process would include the additional cost to send the claim to higher courts and to send bailiffs around. However, I have now learned that I will be charged extra for these services, which were not clearly communicated to me at the time of sale. This constitutes a misrepresentation of your services and has caused me significant financial hardship. I am also disappointed that your company uses the brand so highly when it comes to selling the service. I was told that you are a great company because you are on TV, but the reality has been quite the opposite. As a big brand, I would expect your company to care more about your clients and to provide better services. It seems that Dave Joyce was only concerned with getting me to pay for the service, and the aftercare has been abysmal. I expected better service from your company, and I feel that my trust has been misplaced. In light of these issues, I would like to request that you listen to the recording of the communication between myself and Dave Joyce to see what has been said and to provide an explanation and resolution to my concerns. I would also appreciate consideration of paying for the Court to issue at 1,250 plus VAT, as I believe that I have been mistreated by your company and that these charges are unreasonable. I will also be reporting this matter to the Financial Ombudsman, as I believe that I have been mistreated by your company. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly. Sincerely,"
