What is the point of a phone number on the web site if nobody answers it. No message , no sorry we are busy just ring and ring and ring then it just cuts off. One is then having to use their message enquiry system which informs you it may take 15 working days. I guess it is an improvement on the reply im waiting for after i wrote to them at the end of last year.. corvid 19 or not it really is a poor show
