        I regret Moving to Birmingham because of these people. I have never lived anywhere else in the UK, but I wish I did not choose Birmingham. Not only are they heartless and ruthless. They are the most uncoordinated organisation I have had to deal with in Birmingham.

        I had a problem with a resident parking permit, Rami was really helpful and took 20 minutes call to fix my problem and made sure i got my permit, thank you for that i'm grateful

        Got fined for entering a caz zone never heard of these before. I paid the 60 before the 14 days only to get another fine for the following day as we stayed overnight which has turned a enjoyable weekend stay into an expensive horrible memory thanks Birmingham City Council for your unyielding uncompassionate experience tourists beware the clean air zone hope you don't get caught out like we did
