On the phone for ages, just rings out... never answer the phone!!!!! Eventually it just cuts off.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of care and service I received at your facility. I was in need of spine surgery and sought treatment at your medical centre, but was neglected and left without proper care. Additionally, I found it extremely difficult to get an appointment at your facility. The process was lengthy, and the receptionists were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This only added to my frustration and made it even harder for me to receive the medical attention I needed. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with care and compassion, and it is unacceptable that I was neglected and left without the proper medical attention I needed. I urge you to improve your services and provide better care for your patients.
