Very poor service! I called the surgery today and wanted to make an appointment to see a doctor. Here is what I found out of their new policy: 1. You book a telephone appointment to speak to a practitioner (not a doctor, they give me an appointment more than 3 weeks later!!!) 2. If the practitioner can not resolve your problem, he/she will allow the doctor to telephone you. 3. Then the doctor will decide if you will be seen.

I think this is the most appalling practice I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. 1. Pre - Covid Nigh on impossible to get appointment for my 87 year old mother who had a severe infection. She was told to wait 3 weeks. After a long argument with the receptionist the Dr eventually found an appointment. We had to sit in the filthy dour waiting room for at least 40 minutes. In the time that we were there 3 people without appointments arrived & were sent straight in!! 2. Constantly getting prescriptions either wrong or missing & not sending to pharmacist 3. Now told mum who doesnt drive has to go to Sparkhill from Kings Heath presumably on a bus in the middle of a pandemic 4. Can not now even speak to a Dr - sent to a practitioner who seems unable to make decisions I am astounded this practice is still open

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! I had a parasite sample sent to the lab and the doctor told me the result should be back in 2 days, called the receptionist, she was rude and was telling me to wait 10 days before calling back! I told her it was sent as an emergency and the doctor told me to call, she was telling me off :/ WTF who is the doctor?
