A very good reception staff. They are all professionals and will try to help you with any questions or comments you may have. The Doctors are all professionals as well. I have been referred by them to the hospital on several occasions. Many of which have been very urgent, and I have been admitted into the hospital. They literally saved my Life. I would like to say a big thank you to all involved. So. Thank you very much for your help. .

I wish to make a compliment about the wonderful service I recently received at Parkfield Medical Centre. On the 21st March 2023, I had a growth top sliced in my head at the hospital. When I arrived home, my face was covered in blood and in desperation, I phoned Parkfield Medical Centre to see if they could help. Within the hour, the nurses there had dressed my wound. The following day at the Patient Participation Group meeting, a fellow member pointed out that I had blood running down my face. Dr. Anil Budh-Raja immediately dressed the wound for me and then the practice manager, Lisa made appointments for me to see the practice nurse for follow ups for the next 3 days. This is brilliant service and as a 88 year old veteran, I appreciate very much the wonderful, service they have me and I would not like it go unnoticed.
