        I have just phoned up Dr Hafeez, s surgery regarding an appointment for tomorrow. Thursday the 16th. The receptioist just said straight away call back tomorrow at 8.30.without even checking. Sorry but that is bad business. I've been going here for over 25 years now. Terrible.

        Been ringing over 126 times to make an appointment with the doctors the receptionist dont ever pick up the phone even if the patient is dying to busy chatting elsewhere
