Not happy with the service here at all! Since the new staff have taken over it's been downhill. Cannot get any appointments using all the options and still cannot get through! No confirmation text or time was confirmed so was not able to attend the appointment on time and then was given a text to say book again! So you can't text with appointment details but you have the time to text book again?! It took be 7 months to get this bloody test! I was called to rebook without a reason given! Then they only time available to rebook was a month later! Today being that month later I have still not received a confirmation text of what time my appointment was therefore was unable to attend despite me trying to call using all the options and using the online system several times there was no response. This is only one of the issues with this place! I had no concerns or issues untill the last 3/4 years since then whatever changes have been made have just made the service terrible!

I have been a patient here for 15 years. ALL staff are polite, kind and always ready to help. Yes it can be difficult at times to get through to the surgery but look at the climate that we are living in at the moment- difficult times.

My mother went for an eye test at the opticians They told her to go hospital or your GP as she has very high blood pressure She went to see Dr Gill he prescribed her tablets for high blood pressure Every time she took her tablets she felt nauseous and dry mouth So she went back to see Dr Gill Hoping for different types of blood pressure tablets After she explained that the tablets don't agree with her He checked her blood pressure and said your blood pressure is normal now You don't need the tablets He took the tablets from her and put them in a draw 5 days later my mother had a major stroke Blood vessel burst in her brain from blood pressure She is paralysed down one side of her body It makes me wonder how many other people this surgery has paralysed or worse I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD !!!! AVOID THIS COWBOY SURGERY AT ALL COST
