Bewildered. Never knew such kindness and professionalism existed in any profession let alone in the energy/Eco installation field. Musa from Green Home plans reached out to me a few weeks ago and listened attentively to me my needs and requirements. He wasted no time in righting the wrongs of another energy company that took advantage and stung us unfairly. He made available a slot for a boiler conversion and notified me of it immediately before booking me in. The engineers that arrived were nothing short of impeccable. They were incredibly competent at their craft, cutting through the unnecessary rigmarole and letting their work do all the talking. They were both so Polite, efficient but most importantly assiduous when it came to carrying out the work and ensuring the vulnerable person in the home wasn't disturbed. They finished the conversion with plenty of time to spare and cleaned up after themselves after completion. Loved their company throughout day, a true credit to Green Home Plans. I have more work being carried out this weekend and couldn't be happier with the level of service and Genunine willingness to help those in need. And for that, Musa and Green Home plans get my prodiguous amount of respect and my deepest thanks. There are not many out there with such refreshing candour and integrity.
