Gas Guard - Boiler repairs

Akhi advised me firstly over the phone on a Saturday about what the fault on my Biasi Garda boiler meant, providing really helpful technical insights. There was excessive temperature on the primary circuit. The fault fixed itself but I booked Akhi for a boiler service the following Wednesday. Akhi was friendly, polite with excellent professional and interpersonal skills.

Following the breakdown of my boiler in the middle of winter, I needed someone to fix it quickly. Finding a boiler repair engineer was proven to be difficult and I was pleased when Akhi said he would be able to come out on the same day. He turned up when he said he would and fixed my boiler within an hour, talking me through the repair and making sure I knew what caused the problem. He has given me some good advice on how to keep the running costs down. He also provided support the following day when I needed help with a frozen waste pipe. He is professional and reliable. Highly recommended.
