Very professional service and a fantastic quality summerhouse with internal storage. Purchased after seeing 2 prior Rutland's summerhouse installations that still look like new years later. My summerhouse is a slight adaptation from their standard summerhouse design. Pauline was incredibly helpful in understanding my ideas and wishes and working with the team to understand how they could make it possible to meet my specifications. Pricing was shared promptly and clear and transparent (all itemised). Booking in installation was straight forward and the turnaround far faster than I expected. I opted for a slabbed base. The team who installed the base worked quickly and cleanly. A few days later the summerhouse arrived, the team certainly assemble many units each week and the build quality is checked before heading to customers making the installation straight forward and efficient. The team were polite and careful workers who ensured I was happy with everything before leaving site. Timber and all materials used are excellent quality, using a tongue and groove construction including the roof and floor.

Fantastic job - bought a 9x12 foot shed and gate, the teams who came to install were very punctual and professional, also gave us really useful advice on how to make the most of the space we had, competitively priced too, highly recommended

Nevelle & team another excellent job done. We're so pleased with the shed,slabbing, & the sleepers. Its always a quality job with quality products & well done. I would recommend you give them a call if you need work doing you won't go wrong.
