Ordered two sofas from here and was informed it would be delivered within 14 days, went to the shop after that period, and he completely forgot who I was and didn't even remember my order even though I had paid a 500 deposit. Placed the order again and the following week went back to get an update and he had told me he ordered the wrong colour. 6 weeks after this date and numerous phone calls and fake promises later I had finally received the sofas. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. Apalling customer service, the guy does not have a clue.

Do not buy from here, furniture is shoddy, delivery and communication are appalling .They were quick enough to come to my home and give me a quote, but not so quick in delivering. When furniture the was delivered it was damaged, and looked like it had been put together by 5 year olds. After many many visits and phone calls, and false promises of delivery I am still waiting for the replacements . The furniture was purchased in October.

Very bad service I ordered a bunk bed was told will get it next day. After many calls and visit to the shop and three weeks later no bunk bed. So I asked for my deposit back which was given without any fuss. I will no go back there ever.
