Online Sofa Wholesale

Bought one of their sofas in August 2021 and was overall pretty happy with it. It was comfy and delivery was fast. After about 8 months the seat cushions started bulging and after taking the covers off I discovered that they are made of 2 pieces of foam poorly glued together. Ive contacted the seller and was assured by ELLA that the cushions are going to be replaced in 4 weeks time due to the factory being on summer break. Ive emailed after 6 weeks- no reply. Emailed after another 4 weeks and in response Ive been asked for delivery address and again reassured by Ella that Ill get the replacements. That was the last Ive heard from them and since then theyve blocked me so I cant email them again. My advice would be to save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

Long waiting time for delivery with no communication. The quality of the sofa is ridiculous, youre sotting in the frame within half an hour of sitting on it ( brand new) now as soon as you sit on the sofa youre on the frame. It wasnt even that cheap so still expected some decent padding and sofa fabrics and materials but its just very poor. Would rather have spend another 500 for a decent sofa from DFS, as this sofa already needs replacing and its going to cost a fortune as already paid over 500 for this corner sofa. Its so un comfy and not worth it! They shouldnt be allowed to sell such poor quality products.

Sofa arrived today 7 days early but plenty of warning. They messaged and called the day before and called half an hour before arrival. delivery guys are absolutely amazing.. very friendly and helpful even though they had just driven from Birmingham to Dundee over night. Sofa is better than the picture. absolutely amazing for the price. Five stars all round!!! only thing that would bother some people is delivery was 6:30am but that didn't bother me

Dont ever buy with this company they communication is very rubbish , also the pictures you see online is not the same sofa you receive, is not what it seems to be. Youve been warned !!!
