We would like to thank Co-op Funeral Care for their wonderful customer service .In particular Carolann who was very caring and considerate and helped us through a most difficult time after our Mom ( Kitty) passed away . I would just like to thank the co op team from start to finish! We had a lovely ladies turn out for my special friend the Late Linda Lancaster. Not such wether it was deliberate but a really nice touch! A special thank you to Lisa for her professionalism & help! A great service all in all.

My Mother and Father passed away within 4 weeks of each other and I went with castle Bromwich Funeral care to look after them before they went on their finally journey to their rested place and they did such a great job, was so helpful and friendly. With my Mothers funeral it was just me and my husband who sorted it out and at 26 I wasn't expecting to bury both parents and i didn't have a clue what I was doing, I hadn't even buried my father when my mother passed but the women here were very understanding and helped me with any questions I had which was quite a lot. So thank you very much for all that you did
