Excellent service from all the team, all done with such dignity and compassion. From collecting Dad from his house when he past away to the whole funeral service. Suzie from the Chelmsley and Castle Brom branch is a credit to the team. She looked after me with such kindness and answered every phone call/email with precision (and there was a lot of them) The day of the funeral ran so smoothly and was conducted just how we wanted and was a beautiful service.

My husband Michael and I would like to thank all the lovely, kind and considerate staff at "Painters" who helped us through a painful process of loss of our dearly beloved son. A special mention to Susannah at Chelmsley Wood who put us at our ease from the start and to Katie & team who looked after us at the funeral with kindness and respect. A truly professional service, highly recommended

I would like to thank W H Painters for sorting literally everything out for us for my moms funeral. Everything was dealt with with the utmost professionalism & compassion. Special thanks to Suzanna at Chelmsley Wood who I dealt with from day one. She helped us through every step keeping us informed & eased any worries I might have & also Helen at Castle Bromwich who was wonderful when mom was at the chapel of rest & Katie & team who ensured the day went smoothly.
