Absolutely atrocious service! Went with a friend who lives on the other side of Birmingham so we met half way. We ordered in and waited 40 minutes for our food. The shop wasnt busy. I dont know what the heck the staff were doing. As tasty as the food is, its not worth the waiting times. Definitely wont be going there again. Try the Nechells branch if you want a quick service. Very busy, yet fast and even generous enough to throw in some extras sometimes. 5* all the way!
