        A much improved service & experience. We went on Wednesday to verify OCI documents. Joined queue at 8.45am & there were 10 other people before us. Although website states CGI opens at 9am, the doors do not open until 9.30am. Upon entry you are given a numbered token depending on purpose of your visit. You then go into waiting room & wait for your number to be called. The 2 OCI staff members that served us were both very pleasant & polite. Thank you.
