I wouldnt even give one star!! The old man nearly attacked me and my daughter when I asked if I could exchange a bag I bought the day before. It was still packed with receipt and cellophane! Disgusting behaviour towards women by this individual!! How dare he think he can talk to women like that! I was friendly and polite and asked nicely when he suddenly proceeded to verbally abuse me! I didnt want to be rude back to him so left the shop! Dont ever shop here, if you ask for an exchange the chances are youll be abused and near attacked! Stay well clear!

Elderly man at the shop as assistant disgusting behaviour towards women and very very bad customer service refused to let you look at more than 1 colour of the item, arguing why do you want to see other colours doesn't make sense why have you got items for then Was very rude and disrespectful Needs more education in how to interact with customers Older lady also assistant at the shop had to ask him to stop and move away can't fault her she was trying to be helpful Rather spend money somewhere else Very dissatisfied

Went to Payal for the first time yesterday and the gentleman was friendly, prices were very cheap! I dont usually leave reviews. I am a satisfied customer! :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The female staff members behaviour is disgusting. I asked her to open a clutch which was packed, she was abit moody about it but she did open it. I had a look and it was dirty, I told her and she said Its brand new - I showed my family members who agreed and said there was dirt stuck amongst the gems. I said thank you and I was leaving the female staff member shouted across to another staff member & said Pack this back up and if another customer asks us to open items again make sure you say no. She said it loudly whilst we were still in the shop, she has no manners and no customer service skills whatsoever, she wanted a reaction from us which we didnt give. She was really rude. Whats the issue with opening a product for a customer so they can have a closer look? You clearly have something to hide. I bet if I took it home without checking and then tried to return it, the answers would be No Refund Sorry or you must of made it dirty at home - what a joke of a business, needs to close down.
