Excellent service and free delivery. I ordered a hand tie bouquet and it was perfect. Great communication throughout, from what I wanted to arrangements for the delivery. I attach a photo from after I put them into a vase and another showing how they looked on delivery. Will order from them again.

Last week I was being treated to a night's stay at a rather luxurious central City Hotel and I wanted to show my appreciation through a very special arrangement of flowers. Petals of Piccadillys website stood out for me following a Google search. And whilst my initial choice wasnt possible in the time Id given myself, Lisa listened to what I wanted to achieve and came up with an even better selection of flowers A hand-tied arrangement of Pink Lilies and Roses that would look lovely and have a wonderful fragrance too. I was blown away by the end result and by the superb customer service that Lisa provided. And I know how much my very generous friend appreciated the flowers too. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered flowers for our daughter on the occasion of her engagement. As she now lives in Birminham I had no idea who to use. So I ordered them through interflora. Petal of piccadilly delivered them. However, there was noone home. The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were delivered to a neighbour safely. It was very kind of him. The flowers were so beautiful, so when I want to deliver flowers again in Birmingham I know where I will be going. Excellent service.

In my experience the best florist in Birmingham! Good old-fashioned sincere and friendly service. Having walked in off the street a little flustered and looking for something special for a wedding I was quickly helped to exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to Dave for being a top bloke.
