Flowers at Moor Street

Rebecca did the wedding flowers for my sister yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. I cannot praise her and the team enough, she was so helpul right from the start , always polite and lovely , nothing was too much trouble. When we rang last minute for some extra button holes the staff sorted it straight away and it was no problem .All of the flowers were of the highest quality and the bouquet she did for our Mum (pictured) was just stunning. I would totally recommend Rebecca for wedding flowers and any other floristry she really goes the extra mile to make everything perfect. Thank you to her and the team for making the day extra special.

I had my wedding flowers from flowers at moor street. To begin with Rebecca was really helpful. The closer to my wedding the less helpful Rebecca was, a couple of weeks before the wedding when I finally managed to get hold of her she changed all the flowers we had agreed on for my wedding due to them not been in season. I then paid for samples of different sizes for the middle of my tables so I knew the sizes of what I would have on the day. On the day the small jars which I paid just shy of 10 each came much smaller than those that had been sent out to me. Rebecca also forgot to do 17 jars that Id paid 170 for, so she took flowers out of other jars and spread them around. The small jars then ended up substantially smaller than those from the sample. Most of them ended up a rose and one bit of greenery for 10! My husbands button hole was also completely different to what we discussed. It fell apart very early in the day and he ended up taking it off. After the wedding I sent an email and spoke to one of her staff about some sort of refund and nobody has got back to me. On top of that I also asked for more pink roses than white and my bouquet along with the bridesmaids was mostly white. Overall very disappointed and would definitely not recommend for wedding flowers. Update: My text Then thats fine, Id prefer a few more pink roses so like approximately 2/3rds pink to 1/3rd white. which you responded ok no problem So if they were 50:50 white and pink that was in correct. I definitely did not think that they were too big, I was worried they were too small which is why I ordered the extra ones. When I asked why the sample size was much bigger you replied florists error. Which is just false advertising. On the day you split out to create 34 from 17 which is why they ended up really small. I paid 340 for the 34 small jars which was actually 17 jars halved so 170 worth of flowers halved and you gave me a 68 refund. Which doesnt really cover what I didnt receive.

Edited Review- Ordered the flowers over the phone to be delivered at a restaurant for 3pm for a suprise to my Mother. Unfortunately the flowers did not turn up on time after a 2 hour wait hence my initial review. However we finally recieved a call to say the courier was stuck in traffic! Due to a lack of communication the surprise was out the bag, we were about to leave the restaurant because celebrations were over and feeling stressed from the whole experience. On a positive note the courier was very friendly and apologetic for being late. He had a great sense of humour and made us all laugh at the end. The Flowers were ok.
