Absolutely gutted with the product that I paid 169 for!! Luxury prestige is definitely not what arrived! I would have been better off going to the local petrol station for flowers! I chose this company as when I ordered 2 years ago it was amazing. Tried to contact the company all day today and yesterday to see how they could rectify the issue with no response! Would definitely not recommend!

I have never reviewed anyone badly before but this needs to made known to anyone thinking of using this company. Real 4* reviews? Go check out their accounts. My business is events coordination, one of my contracts was a wedding where the bride wanted roses to be the feature flower for the venue. This company seemed to fit the bill and duly contacted for design and quote. On the phone Adam made it sound like this was a routine thing and I was asked to send everything via email to their coordinator Jessica. Several weeks later nothing. Tried calling them repeatedly. Nothing. Managed to contact the business owner who said he was in Oman but wouldnt engage on how to proceed with the requirements. This is where it gets interesting. I sent one of my delivery people to their business address to speak directly. It turns out this is a one man outfit who is bigging himself up. Theres no staff linked with this company and the little business unit he rents in the Mailbox complex is only ever visited by one person, the listed owner!! The security guy in the Mailbox said he hardly sees anyone go in or out and very few deliveries are received. And more interestingly the deliveries he gets for flowers are from Amazon!!!! He also said he had seen Wasim earlier that morning. So not in Oman!!!! This guy is not what he makes out to be. He lost out on an order worth more than 9k. I have dealt with other small internet florists before that have been considerably more professional and capable. Avoid.
