I have to say I was really disappointed with the end result, although the customer service was lovely. I went to order a large bouquet of flowers for a special event, I was shown some options on a mobile phone and advised my budget of 50. What I collected the following day despite being told it would be a really large beautiful bouquet was what looked like a bunch of flowers you'd pick up from Asdas collection for 10-15. We normally use Urban Flowers further down in Hall Green parade and I wish I stuck to them. I would have got a classy elegant beautiful bouquet for 50, not something that looked like it was 10-15. I was really underwhelmed with that I collected but didn't have time to get anything else sorted, wasted money. Sadly won't be returning again.
