Ordered wedding flowers with lulus, paid deposit as you do, due to covid unfortunately had to amend dates a few times, each time date gets changed price goes up, never complained once. Unfortunately for no fault of my own my wedding which should of been April 2023 has now been fully cancelled. With nearly 9 months notice lulus could easily take on other orders for that date so has not lost out, they havnt brought the flowers yet so not out of pocket. When informing lulus about my wedding I did state I know a deposit is a deposit and wasnt expecting that money back but would it be possible to transfer that deposit onto something else for example 2 reefs or 2 lots of flowers for my nans graves for maybe Christmas, I wasnt asking for the whole deposit in flowers/reefs just something rather than lose it all so lulus would of still been up but least its something whats 20-40 in flowers max from 116 in deposit. Lulus florist knew our hard times with covid like many others and know our circumstances why we had to cancel but still couldnt help with any generosity what so ever from money thats already ours. I do appreciate Itis a business and they need to make money themselves but thats all businesses out of every company dealing with my wedding lulus is the only company that wouldnt give anything back. Photography, dj, cars have all let us keep the deposit to use at a later date of my choice so dont lose out which is great and ideal for daughters prom in a couple of years, cake has let me use the deposit to transfer on another cake and my ceremony and venue have gave us a full refund everyone has been amazing and supportive during these hard times but not lulus florist just told no refund or transferring. Totally disgusted and devastated. Thank you for your support in a time where everyone is struggling. Will never use again and dont advise anyone else to use

Brought some flowers for my sister in law's birthday. Bouquet was beautiful & well worth the price I paid. Sister in law was over the moon with them which made it even better. Highly recommed Lulu's. Will definately be using again.

I ordered floral tributes for my Dads funeral inc D A D and a cross off the grandchildren with a grandad sash . I wanted them in the colours of the Irish flag to respect his heritage. The flowers were absolutely stunning and the ribbon how is was applied to both of the tributes was exceptional. Would highly recommend. Thank you lulus for your beautiful flowers xxxx
