        not happy customer. when i paid for vinyl floor fitting i was NOT told that for the edging, no sealant silicon will be used, nothing will be used to seal this flooring. If i had been told at time of ordering i would have NOT placed the order. on day of fitting when i complained, NO apology instead was told "i should have asked in first place" No apology instead told it was my fault for not asking in first place. I did not ask because I have vinyl flooring fitted from NCF in the past and they have used silicon on all edges. Had to go out my way and buy sealant silicon apply it myself. Would not recommend service!!
