        This is exactly why you should buy from small local businesses. Jackie and the team are as good as their reviews suggest. Not only has the service felt personal and easy, the results are super. So pleased with my new floor and will be back when I want to change the carpets and sort extension flooring. Thank you guys! (Thank you for also reattaching my skirting board where I pulled it off!)

        Jackie and her team provided excellent advice and service. We were made to feel welcome and valued from the minute we entered the shop. Will, the guy who installed the carpet has done a 1st class job. He was on time and extremely courteous the whole time he was here. Customer service has been excellent throughout, fitting by Will has been to a very high standard and he was courteous and respectful of our home through the whole fitting process.
