If youre looking for great quality food and exceptional service then Giraffe is where to get it. I had the pleasure of dining here recently and had a waitress named Shona who went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. She was warm and welcoming, very attentive to our needs and checked to make sure everything was to our liking. Very professional service which just made the whole experience very enjoyable as well as great food. I would highly recommend dining here and a special shout-out to our special waitress Shona !

Had an absolute lovely time here before our flight. I was recommended the mango colada and it was just what I needed! The chicken katsu curry was amazing and the gyozas. Staff went above and beyond in ensuring the start of our holiday was great

I recently had the pleasure of dining here on 26/04/23 and was lucky enough to be served by an exceptional waitress, Shona. From the moment I sat down, she was warm and welcoming, with a friendly smile that immediately put me at ease. Throughout my meal, she was attentive and proactive, making sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my dining experience to the fullest. She took the time to answer all of my questions about the menu and offered helpful suggestions based on my preferences. What really stood out to me, however, was her incredible professionalism and dedication to her job. Despite the hustle and bustle of the airport around us, she always made sure that her customers were well taken care of.
