Ordered from Pepe's and food arrived a bit cold with hard chicken. One of the sauce lids was not attached properly so the entire sauce bag was messy. 2 items were missing from the order and when I rang up the restaurant to tell them, they asked if the bag was taped properly and I said it was. After putting me on hold, the man on the phone said he packed the bag himself and no item was missing. I'm assuming he was trying to see if the delivery driver stole some of the items hence why he asked about the bag. The guy on the phone denied a mistake from Pepe's which is odd because that means either the driver carefully stole food from the bag or their customer is just lying. Weird way for a restaurant to deal with missing items. Won't be ordering from here again.

Always get my order wrong despite repeating it back to them on the phone and on collection and vegetables look and smells off .
