        Part of Birmingham's Bull Ring the meat market is good for small or large purchases. There is a great variety of meat cuts, offal, trotters and many ingredients like tripe, bones, hooves, hocks, game, rabbit, goat and mutton for the real aficionados of old fashioned cuts of beef, pork, lamb, sheep. It is a market for the public and the many restaurants in the area. Good parking nearby, central to buses and trains, easy access; lots more to see and do in this large, indoor market where there are very good bargains for bulk buying There is an equally good retail and wholesale fish market adjacent to the meat and poultry areas. I often stock up on fish and game bargains and stop at a very good stall for fresh mussels and oysters as nourishing snacks while shopping here
