        I always try to stay with Bridgestreet whether staying in London or Birmingham. Stayed in the Birmingham postbox for three days this time round. Got to say the staff were amazing and really bent over backwards for us. We got a two bedroom apartment and managed to extend our stay by an extra night. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the amenities we could possibly want. We really could not have asked for more. Thank you yet again Bridgestreet!!

        Never again. Stained carpet, overheated apartment with little ventilation, sofa smelled of curry and sweat. Neighbours balcony stared straight into bedroom and heard them chatting all evening, had to keep windows closed on hottest day of the year. WiFi instructions didnt work. Oh yeah, and the bed was hard and springy. Only positive was central location.
