        Might be great from a hiring organisation's point of view, however there is poor candidate experience: following time invested, a candidate finds themselves having to chase the next steps and also interview feedback - which in one case, never came. This can reflect poorly on the hiring organisation, as effectively Holmes Noble are representing them.
