JPS Selection

Since starting at JPS I have been given autonomy and ownership of my role, alongside consistent coaching and learning from experienced Executive Recruiters, some whom have been with JPS for over 10 years. The Directors have long term growth plans and are investing heavily in our expansion across both the UK and North America, making JPS an exciting organisation to be working within and a fantastic environment to progress my career.

Very poor experience. Point of contact changed after a month of discussion admittedly due to first person leaving but did not hear about this for weeks! Process was left mid-way as a result. When process resumed and got to final stage, interview was booked and confirmed but noone called and recruiter didnt even send a courtesy email. This was not for a junior role and with JPS I think you will feel just like a CV... you will not be represented as a professional.. probably run poorly as even Glassdoor employee reviews are 2*

JPS selection simply do not understand when you are not interested in their services, and they continue calling you.. Annoying!
