Needed a New York pass same day, should take 48 hours but received within 15 minutes, highly recommend this company.

Our Disney tickets were cancelled due to the pandemic and I requested a full refund. Attractiontix is enforcing a cancellation charge on our tickets which was originally 400, but as a guesture of good will dropped to 250!!! If you contact Disney directly, they are reimbursing all tickets to 100% of the value, which begs the question as to why Attractiontix are still charging such a ludicrous amount! After countless emails, also quoting their terms and conditions which clearly states they will refund in full if arrangements change and it is the providers / their fault (which in this case, Disney was closed at the time of our travel), yet they continue to reply with their cut and paste response and will not budge. They have offered us to transfer the tickets to 2021, but that is not a possibility for us, nor is it convenient. Its one thing to rearrange a ticket for the UK and expect the customer to go, but it is another thing to expect us to hop on a plane to Florida to utilise the ticket!!! No one was expecting this pandemic, and that is exactly why we did not take out the protection plan. We would have continued to travel in March if it wasn't for the boarders closing; our intentions were to go and have a holiday of a life time. It seems very heartless to take money from people in these strained times, when their dream holiday has already been crushed and all other operators are adhering to their terms and conditions by refunding their loyal customers with the full amount. Attractiontix should be ashamed of their selves for using this time as an opportunity to make money out of those who are already struggling.

The vouchers were delivered straight away by email. At the two parks, we were able to go straight in. We didn't have to queue separately, to exchange the Attraction Tix voucher for a Siam Park or Loro Parque ticket. The 10 Euro vouchers also worked and we able to use them in both parks.

Easy to buy and cheapest for Disneyland Paris that I found. Just as a note the tickets brought here are vouchers for Disneyland Paris and need to be changed from voucher to ticket on arrival. Look for green window canopy with word voucher exchange on (as this took us an hour and a half to get through bag check queue and to find the right place to go) once there self scan your voucher on the computer sceen, which prints out your tickets.

I purchased the two day hopper with Fast Pass for 201. When I took my tickets to Disneyland, they where very confused by my purchase and it took ages and several people checking my purchase to make sure it was legit Because the e-ticket I had to exchange made no mention of the FastPass element, I had to pay $60 extra to gain access for 2 people, for 2 days on top of my purchase. Very unhappy.
