I purchased tickets from them for my first trip to Disneyworld in September 2022. Payment went through but I didn't receive any tickets. When checked with them, they said they did not receive any payment from my bank, Citibank. Thus, in good faith I repurchase the tickets in Octover.. Once again, the same thing happened. At last, I emailed them to inform that I have paid twice for the tickets each costing me about 2K and have not received any tickets from them. Since Nov 2022, they have been not responding to my emails and reguse to help me! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTABLE!

Waiting over a month for a refund. Sent a universal ticket back tracked and signed for at attraction world spoke to them on the phone in beginning 3 emails sent with responses it's being processed still waiting. Quick to take your money refunding not so quick . Their competitors 48 hours to refund .

I am extremely disappointed with Florida Tix. We had booked to go to clear water via the clear water bus trip in Orlando which was our honeymoon treat back in May. The bus never turnt up at the location specified and we waited over an hour, to later be told we wouldn't receive a refund. After alot of emails and explainations we were told a refund would be issued. Over a month on we've still had no refund and no correspondence from them. I've sent numerous emails and when I phone they always say they will be sorting it. Not happy at all with their customer service.

Bought the big 3 deal for icon park still waiting for the tickets after 20 days I requested email tickets but havent received yet whats going on

This is a covid thing. This company took our money and now tell us we will only get 80% of what we paid and that we will have to wait 60days for our refund. If only companies understood that people who get rolled over never return. We will never use this company again. Please do not use this company. I would give them no stars if the system allowed me to do so.
