Amazing service from start to finsih - I contacted Integrated Designs becasue i was looking for somewhere to develop a site i had bought & from the very start the were professional. I was contacted soon after i left a message & had a meeting the very next day to discuss everything. Great service, knowledgeable, deals with construction queries in a clear and concise manner. Great assistance with Health and Safety Plan and coordinating discharge of pre-commencement Planning Conditions. Happy to review health and safety items and provide information as required for the building construction. Integrated Design, unlike other practices, make regular visits to construction works and attend design team meeting as required with the main contractor. They inspect construction quality and monitor progress against Construction Programme to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Superb at dealing with party wall matters and conducting surveys, inspections and specialist investigations required on site. Also assisted with underground drainage matters and negotiations with planning authorities to a satisfactory outcome for all involved.

I needed a survey done on my house and I contacted IDA, they came out the following day. Mr Sehdeva explained what the problem was, its causes and its remedy. A few days later I received a comprehensive report. I have phoned and spoken with Mr Sehdeva on several occasions and I can honestly say that he has been friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
