Cannot speak highly enough about Dave and the team at this garage. After 2/ years of the same fault with my van, having been misdiagnosed by both a local garage and VW which led to me spending upwards of 4500 in unnecessary repairs and thousands more in missed work, Dave found the fault immediately, took the time to explain the problem to me in a way that was technically detailed but easy to understand, repaired it and got it back to me within days. He even managed to fit my van into his already full schedule working on it between other booked jobs to get it back to me sooner. I have only had one fault since and that was with an unnecessary part that was fitted by the previous garage. Real heroes and wish I'd found them sooner

Spoke to Dave and Matt, They kept on saying we'll book you in by giving provisional dates and asked me to call them on a weekly basis, Every time I do call them the date keeps on changing and then for some reason theres another backlog. Its been 8 weeks. Just be straight with someone and tell them that you cant do it rather than wasting someones time. By now I could have had it fixed Not a professional company All Matt says is Everyman and his dog wants to use us. If there customer services is anything to go by and you havent got the patience to wait then youd really be wasting time using these guys.
