        My visit to them was quick , professional and polite. There was an issue, although I had got confirmation by email of my time slots. Their day planner did not have my details. But they accepted this was their error and progressed all five of my familys applications ( Passport renewal) . Process was efficiently done. And although their website has issues . There is no hinderances at the counters. If all transactions with Bangladesh Government employees / agencies was as competent as these officers life would be so much easier.
