Edit: The engineer attended ONCE after the consumer unit was fitted and the job was finished , and was told by him, that if the problem continue he will come around again. The problem was not from the shower and it was solved by a more serious company, in the meantime. And we never had any issues with the fuse, or board until we did the job. Strange innit? I used Diverse a few years ago and have never gone anywhere else since, This company is completely outstanding from start to finish, no project is too big or too small, they done a complete rewire of my house, and a complete professional job, always ensuring i was fully satisfied with the work as they went from room to room, I have called on their expertise to help a concern with my parents sockets tripping and they quickly pinpointed the issue and told my parents exactly what the issue was, I will definitely be asking them to complete the work needed... Today, Mike took down 3 light fittings and replaced with the legal requirement of Rose, flex and bulb ready for my house move. Previously Diverse Sparks Ltd carried out 2 EICR Reports for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for anything electrical - they offer a first class service and reasonable prices. 10/10
