Recently, this charger has started working for me, so I've updated this review. Maybe worth a try if you're planning on paying for parking anyway, but don't head here if you're desperate.
Don't bother, it's out of service and, while owned by PIM, is not listed on Polar's map. Unlikely to get repaired any time soon.
