Extremely unhappy with my course Tutors feel unavailable and hard to contact and when you are able to get in touch they are relatively unhelpful telling my things I already know. The grading is slow with each task taking well over a month to be returned to me making it hard to complete the course in time. Aiming to achieve a distinction is almost out of the question which is the grade I, unfortunately need to attend university ,with tasks taking too long considering the time they take to mark, corrections being as silly as English vs American spellings and feeling overall unsupported and unhappy with my decision in taking the level 3 travel and tourism course.

Really terrible experience. They say they have supportive tutors but actually they only provide admin support and don't teach or help you when you ask a question about the subject. One tutor said they have too many students to provide teaching or clarification on topics that you're struggling with, so they only help make study plans. The courses have lots of content missing which you don't discover until you have paid and then they won't refund you. Very argumentative company, they don't admit any mistakes, are defensive to feedback, and are generally really unhelpful.

This company lies about the level of courses they sell! Was sold a "Level 4" Diploma that is useless as it isn't actually recognised as a Level 4. They have now removed all the wording that indicated "level 4" from the website and marketing for the course, after they already sold it as such to probably thousands of people! I would stay well away from this company and their fraudulent courses.

It took me a while to think about my review. Actually, I am quite sad about it because my journey with Oxbridge is quite long(since 2020). Everything was absolutely fine and the communication was really good. I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in childcare since September and I havent received my certificate. I have asked them million times to keep me updated about why we have this kind of delays, and if there is no updates why is that. I think that I have every right to know when we talk about a high level academic course. I have told them that this specific course is really vital because I need *credit transfer for my university degree. They never reply to my emails and if they do they are insufficient and unclear with me. Unfortunately, the communication now with Oxbridge is really poor and they have left me for many weeks in the dark. This is not nice for a Training Provider and even more for the Awarding Body(NCFE). Its quite sad that I run like a child when I see the postman to check if he holds the envelope with my certificate. **NOTE** I totally understand that they are processes which we cannot avoid such as IQA and EQA, but I have asked dozens of times to keep me updated. I am sad to say that, but you can find more serious Training Providers.
