The towel we bought was of poor quality and they never got back to us when we emailed them.....very poor customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have an issue with the blue bath sheets & blue hand towels. They continue to shed leaving blue cotton fluff every where, that is all over the body & flat. We are constantly cleaning the mess up and can no longer use. They have been washed according to specification. The white bath sheets, although being white fluff doesn t stand out as much but the issue is the same. In my lifetime I have never had this issue and I have bought some very cheap towels and far more expensive.For whatever the reason they are like this, they shouldn t be. This whole order is only good for the bin. I have washed each towel at least 30 times yes 30 of my whole order. Problem remains. On top of that if you had stated in your add that these towels will lint, so will require additional time, additives etc etc requiring endless washing, constant cleaning of lint around your property, which you have not. I would not of purchased. these towels are fantastic if you dont use them but not when you do. How was I to know that they would start to fall apart when used, now used and establised its defective you wont refund you didnt even ackknowlede my return request. You hide behind ebay in that they state because its used cant be returned. You have a great buisness that exploits this and customers knowing that once the towels are used the customer cant do nothing. The customer cant even leave full feedback, it gets removed to protect you. I applude your scam.
