        We recently ordered via phone with Dry Ice Express for a collection. All appeared to be well, until they charged for delivery, my colleague collected and paid in full. After questioning this, their response is, the delivery charge on the paperwork wasnt for delivery but for the packaging, 1x poly box, of which would have been provided if the order was delivered. On this occasions, the service offered was great, unfortunately been over charged. If they deliver or you collect, in the future ensure you have your own poly box from last time, as this is what they charge for.. free delivery is granted. All time saving of, 4.79 off every order. ;)

        An Amazing Experience.. Phoned on a Saturday afternoon - they were closed, got a text baxk to reflect that - I rang that number spoke to Afzal - hottest day of the year - NO dry ice left... Cut a long storry short - box of dr ice dropped of with a smile for a major event - dry ice was a last minute wish lost add on. Thank You Gents 5*
