A few weeks ago I took my partner's jacket in as he thought the zip was broken...
Tayub (sorry if spelling of name is wrong), examined jacket. He couldn't see anything wrong.
My point is, I was impressed with his integrity, explanation/knowledge, patience and thorough examination of jacket.
Very well done in a world where some people are often 'all too keen' to get something for nothing.
