I found this place while traveling and thought that it was decent as far as appearance. However, I felt it was a bit pricey. My clothes washed very well for 8 pounds . Even used the extractor for another 60 pence to wring all the water out. The dryer was 1 pound 50 pence which barely dried my clothes. I complained to the attendant and he basically said it's not going to get any dryer. Ended up spending 11 pounds 60. I asked to used the toilet and was denied. Thought this was inconsiderate to say the least. What nerve! Had wait until I got to the Bus station and pay 30 pence. Got clean clothes but also got robbed!

Very unprofessional I wouldnt trust these people with serviced accommodation laundry! No price listintentionally not transparent with their prices. Refused to give a breakdown at drop-off /collection. So you are unaware of any overcharging. Charging additional for stains that should easily come out in a professional service wash. Collecting service washes was hit and miss whether Id get the same items back! Had items missing and/or random items in a service wash that didnt belong to me. Rude owner and staff, with no customer service. Very dismissive when asked for a breakdown of costs and/or on missing items. Their service washes are sub-par. Sheets wrinkled. No fabric conditioner. Also bleached stained my coloured sheets! No admission of mistakes/damage to laundry. Ive taken my business elsewhere to an honest and professional laundrette. I was definitely being overcharged!

Very nice laundrette with friendly staff. The only thing to look at is that the price is a bit stingy.
