I have Had Dr Bhatti for over 20 years as my doctor and I have never had any issues with him or the surgery. But the care that I and my father received while he was a palliative patient under Dr Bhatti was outstanding The care and support along with guidance I received was showing me how a GP could go above and beyond. I was offers email conversation along with photos to talk about issues I was having with the palliative needs I was facing. Home visits. This surgery has given me my faith back in NHS. Can not speak highly of the surgery.

Cant understand WHY a patient still cant have a face to face appointment, when asked why I got fobbed off, there is no reason for this according to the NHS guidelines.
