Throughout the Pandemic Dr Bhallas team has been extraordinarily excellent at answering the telephone and dealing with any queries efficiently and speedily. The wait time could sometimes be long which was understandable, however, I was ALWAYS been able to get through. The administrative staff are courteous and efficient in carrying out their duties. If they are unsure of how to deal with a query they liaise with their helpful Practice Manager, Bal. I really cannot find any negatives with this Practice as a long-standing patient and they are to be commended for their excellence.

This review relates to Ehren Battaloglu who is a GP at this practice. When presented with the single most obvious case of cancer, he misdiagnosed it leaving me on a 2 month waiting list that is simply inexusable considering how overtly obvious the symptoms were. In response to my complaint, he lied repeatedly when summarising my visit and his diagnosis along with the details i provided. This alleged doctor is a complete and utter fraud and should either be struck off or seek alternative employment voluntarily before he costs someone their life through his sheer incompetence.
