        Really impressed (and surprised!) to have got through without waiting on Wednesday morning. Call later received at allocated time slot. On site pharmacy is a bonus too. Great service

        Great surgery. Can be busy in the morning trying to organise a call back consultation, but always have managed to get a call back in the time scale given that morning. GPs are always friendly, empathetic and caring. I will need to change GP soon as I am moving away from the area and really hope I can find a surgery as good as this one. Nursing staff are fabulous. Will miss the great service provided I am sure.

        I got an appointment on the day I called even though the phone queue was long. The receptionist was really helpful and efficient in booking me in. The GP I saw was support and provided the care and treatment I needed. I had a very good experience from an exceptionally busy GP practice.

        There is something wrong with this surgery. Very disorganized and mistreating people silently. I have had bad experience however it has nothing to do with the doctors.
