        FROM MY OWN LONG EXPERIENCE, THIS IS A VERY BAD SURGERY RUN BY THE MAIN DOCTOR, WHICH HE IS UNHELPFUL, HIS SON BECAME WORKING WITH HIM I WONDER HOW?! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY SOMETIMES PROVIDE UNFRIENDLY AND DISRESPECTFUL APPROACHES TO THE PATIENTS.

        Nasty staff, unhelpful! Given the run around and then they decide to spread nasty comments. They do not abide by data protection laws. Gossiping reception staff who only allow the phone to ring once before pretending they have been calling continuously. Extremely curt remarks and replies. Doesnt even deserve 1 stars.
