After reading negative reviews about this surgery. I found myself disagreeing with all of them. I have recently joined the surgery and found the Reception staff polite and respectful. The surgery had a recent addition to their list of healthcare professionals. A Gp who came from my previous surgery. His Name is Dr Christopher Chadwick. He is one, if not the best asset to happen to this surgery. He is one of the most caring and respectful Doctors i've ever had the privilege to meet. he is thorough, and very professional. he treats you with the upmost dignity and respect. So before you air your grievances out on a already busy and over worked Gp who gets very tired (they are human after all) please reconsider a negative comment on here. Please give the Surgery a visit when you need to. Try Dr Chadwick you will be pleasantly surprised with is overall patient care and understanding. He is not only an asset to this surgery but an asset to the NHS.

I am very disappointed with the service from this surgery the front desk staff are so rude and up there self very unprofessional first I would like to point out you can never get an appointment even if you call at 8:30 always told there's no appointments or senior Dr's available the girls on the desk are very rude the way they come across always doing nothing bar browsing there mobile phones. You can't get appointment but the surgery is always empty people need to make complaint to the NHS complaints department to investigate the surgery they are there to help us not fob us off with the no appointment line also the surgery also should have mix staff at the front desk when you mention complaint they just say go on make one knowing damn well that nothing will happen to them as the front desk mangers has there back as they are all one corrupted team shame Dr Gasper is letting this happen this must be one of the worst rated surgery in the west midlands and the front desk staff are to blame for letting this happen. I have enough evidence to prove that the staff don't answer calls on purpose just sit there eating . Again I advise people to make a complaint to NHS complaints department and check all there call recordings and call logs. Don't make a in surgery complaint as nothing will happen.

Absolutely disgusted by the level of service you get from the receptionists, give you attitude and wrong information! The surgery is not the same as it used to be! This needs to be highlighted to the NHS head office for investigation the way patients are spoken to! There is a lovey lady Kira who's is the only one who talks to you like a person!

Been registered for 42 years, the past 5 years the surgery has really changed. It has moved with the times. Very happy with my Gp surgery. Highly recommended
