Awful gynaecologist belittled me and dismissed my concerns even when I was visibly upset and distressed

Busy two storey community clinic with numerous GP practices, blood clinic, Lloyd's Pharmacy and Synergy Dental on site. Spacious, clean building (including toilet facilities) with lots of different reception desks in the main foyer. Some staff are more willing to help than others but generally, receptionists are informative and friendly given the demands of their roles; it can often take a while to reach them by phone, particularly at peak times such as early mornings No doubt many people become frustrated with the difficulty in securing a face-to-face meeting* or seeing different locums and nurses, but most do their best to assist or signpost you to the relevant departments for treatment so deserve respect #SaveTheNHS! (*Websites are available for some practitioners who provide online services like appointment booking or ordering repeat prescriptions) Ample parking with close proximity to public transport links and convenience stores including Lidl directly opposite, also not far from City Hospital with the main entrance just off Dudley Road, therefore this area is usually prone to traffic jams from all directions (alongside the seemingly constant roadworks in the surrounding locality..!) Absolutely horrendous place. Was there for 4 hours. No staff, slow as hell and the chairs in the waiting rooms slant downwards so you cannot sit comfortably. No wonder people chose private healthcare as this NHS experience is horrendous
